Traditional method involves vector construction + ES chimerism + germline transmission + homozygous screening; whereas TurboMice™ completes the humanization all at once at the ESC level, with founder mice (F0) being directly homozygous, enabling the delivery of experiment-ready mice within 3 to 5 months.”

Affirmative. ESC homologous recombination is not limited by pronuclear injection volume, and VeloGene has successfully delivered orders involving humanization and multi-locus combinations of over 20 kb.
