TurboMice™ - From Cell to Mice in 45 Days

VeloGene Biotechnology

A Company that Accelerates Your Research By 45 Days From Cell to Mice - Global Leaders in Mouse Model Customize Services

International VeloGene Biotechnology Ltd., Co, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou MingCeler Biotech, a pioneering global provider specializing in high-end mouse model customize services. We deliver premium custom mouse models tailored for global biopharmaceutical R&D, preclinical CROs, and cutting-edge academic research. At the core of our platform is our proprietary TurboMice™ technology, an advanced system designed to generate customized fixed-gender mouse models (male or female) with no quantity limits. Boasting a proven capacity to deliver 200 pairs of homozygous mice in a single batch, we seamlessly support everything from niche pilot studies to massive, high-volume pharmaceutical drug screening projects.
Note: VeloGene Biotech is not affiliated with VelociGene (a brand of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals).

Advancing Animal Welfare: Fully Compliant with the 4R Principles

Our TurboMice™ platform is fully aligned with the highest international animal welfare standards, actively pioneering the 4R principles: Replacement, Reduction, Refinement, and Responsibility. By leveraging our direct cell-to-mouse workflows, we effectively eliminate redundant model generation, minimize experimental animal usage, and take full ethical responsibility for colony management. This sustainable approach resolves the industry’s longstanding breeding bottlenecks, overcomes the inherent limitations of standard CRISPR-based technologies, and enables rapid experimental cohort building for global researchers. We offer one-stop, ethical, and tailored solutions across the entire mouse model customize lifecycle, empowering breakthroughs in rare diseases, oncology, immunology, and gene therapy.
Comprehensive Gene-Edited Mouse Model Capabilities & Fast Delivery
Through precision embryonic stem cell (ESC) targeting, VeloGene specializes in creating fully custom mouse models to satisfy diverse genetic research needs. Our robust pipeline includes:
    • Knockout (KO) & Conditional Knockout (CKO) mouse models
    • Knock-In (KI) & Large-Fragment Knock-In (LFKI) integrations
    • Point Mutation (PM) and full human genomic replacement (Humanization)

All customized projects are executed with industry-leading efficiency, delivering experiment-ready mice in a significantly accelerated timeframe of just 3–5 months (with select specialized models available in as short as 45 days), drastically shortening your drug discovery pipeline.

Bypassing Chimera Breeding: The Tetraploid Complementation Advantage

What truly sets VeloGene apart in the mouse model customize market is our exclusive tetraploid complementation technology. This revolutionary advancement redefines the entire workflow of transgenic and gene-edited mouse production. Our core platform completely bypasses the cumbersome, time-consuming processes of chimera breeding and heterozygous crossbreeding.Edited ESCs are developed directly into viable, genetically stable F0 mice that are immediately ready for experimental use. By eliminating traditional breeding generations, we remove all associated variables, genotypes uncertainties, and colony management delays. This not only streamlines the generation process but also guarantees unrivaled product quality and consistency, allowing researchers to initiate their in vivo experiments promptly without waiting for multiple generational cycles.
